Frequent and sudden climate change, such as high temperatures and heavy rainfall, significantly threaten the stability of road slopes, leading to landslides. In order to reduce danger they pose to human life and a negative impact they have on the environment, regular cyclical observations and monitoring of the condition and changes in the engineering parameters of slope stability are necessary. Geoelectric resistance tomography, as a non-invasive geophysical method, has proven to be very effective for assessing the state of slope by detecting zones of impaired integrity. Stability and integrity studies were conducted on the slopes of the state road DC 1, section 16, Vrlika - Satrić.
