U ovom radu opisan je razvoj i izrada upravljačke aplikacije i sučelja za interakciju čovjeka s maketom pokretne trake. Navedena su i objašnjena programska okruženja u kojima se PLC programira. Pokretanje montažne trake moguće je obaviti dojavom ručne komande na maketi ili na HMI panelu. Metoda za razvoj upravljačke aplikacije temelji se na pisanju programa prema statusu stroja koja se pokazala efikasnom u području industrijske automatizacije. Razvoj programskog algoritma u zahtijevanoj aplikaciji diplomskog rada predstavlja podlogu za sve ostale opcije upravljanja montažnom trakom. Title: Control system and monitoring of the conveyor belt model based on Siemens Simatic PLC and WinCC monitoring enviroment This thesis describes the development and creation of a management application and a system for human interaction with an conveyor belt model. The programming environments in which the PLC is programmed are listed and explained. It is possible to start the conveyor belt by signaling a manual command on the model or on the HMI panel. The method for developing a control application is based on writing a program according to the status of the machine, which has proven to be effective in the field of industrial automation.
