Popis: Cilj ovog rada je ukazati na mogućnost financijske održivosti javne rasvjete iznajmljivanjem reklamnog prostora putem LED zaslona koji se postavlja na stup javne rasvjete. Kroz rad je opisana javna rasvjeta i njen razvoj, kao i pametni stup javne rasvjete i njegovi dijelovi. Nadalje, opisani su LED zasloni, njihove komponente, načini komunikacije te odabir odgovarajućeg LED zaslona za vanjsku uporabu. Izrađeni su proračuni za troškove potrošnje električne energije za zaslon i javnu rasvjetu za jedno mjerno mjesto, kao i minimalna cijena oglašavanja. Public lighting in the function of marketing activity The aim of this paper is to point out the possibility of financial sustainability of public lighting by renting advertising space through an LED screen that is placed on the poles of public lighting. The paper describes public lighting and its development, as well as the smart pole of public lighting and its parts. Furthermore, LED screens, their components, methods of communication and selection of a suitable LED screen for outdoor use are described. Calculations were made for the costs of electricity consumption for display and public lighting for one metering point, as well as the minimum price of advertising.
