Popis: | Cilj rada je bio opisati od kojih dijelova se sastoji korištena maketa koja sadrži programabilni logički kontroler Mitsubishi FX5UC i pripadne module. Nakon što su opisani svi dijelovi PLC-a potrebno je bilo objasniti različite načine upravljanja sustavom te implementirati algoritme za upravljanje PLC-om. Prikazano je kako se uz pomoć PLC-a mogu automatizirati procesi. Na kraju rada se demonstrirao rad PLC-a kroz konkretne primjere pomoću pokusa za regulaciju temperature u komori, upravljanje brzinom vrtnje asinkronog motora i upravljanje servomotorom. The aim of the paper was to describe all the parts the used model consists of, which contains a programmable logic controller Mitsubishi FX5UC and associated modules. After all parts of the PLC were described, it was necessary to explain the different ways of managing the system and to implement algorithms for PLC management. It is shown how processes can be automated with the help of a PLC. At the end of paper, the operation of the PLC was demonstrated through concrete examples using experiments for chamber temperature control, asynchronous motor speed control and servomotor control. |
