Popis: | Računalni programi ImageJ i JMicroVision koriste se za digitalnu obradu i analizu mikroskopskih slika. Ti programi nude niz mogućnosti od jednostavnih poboljšanja slike poput poboljšanja kontrasta do primjene raznih filtara. U ovom radu su istražene mogućnost uporabe navedenih programa za analizu odabranih makroskopskih uzoraka i mikroskopskih preparata magmatskih i metamorfnih stijena. Rezultati usporedbe klasične vizualne procjene volumnih udjela i kvalitativne obrade uzorka korištenjem računalnih programa pokazali su da se programi mogu koristiti za digitalno poboljšanje i analizu volumnih udjela makroskopskih uzoraka i mikroskopskih preparata magmatskih i metamorfnih stijena. Computer programs ImageJ and JMicroVision are used for digital processing and analysis of microscopic images. These programs offer a range of options from simple image enhancements such as contrast enhancement to the application of various filters. In this paper, the possibility of using the mentioned programs for the analysis of selected macroscopic samples and microscopic preparations of igneous and metamorphic rocks was investigated. The results of the comparison of the classic visual assessment of volume fractions and qualitative sample processing using computer programs showed that the programs can be used for digital improvement and analysis of volume fractions of macroscopic samples and microscopic preparations of igneous and metamorphic rocks. |
