| Popis: | La práctica empresarial es el primer paso para entrar en el mercado laboral, en este proceso se fortalecen los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la formación profesional, además se alcanzan nuevos conocimientos y experiencias, los cuales son fundamentales para seguir enriqueciendo el perfil profesional. Dentro de las prácticas se observa cómo el estudiante tiene la capacidad de crecer personal y profesionalmente. En el presente informe, se dará a conocer las actividades y procesos de la Secretaría de Cultura, Turismo y Competitividad de Ubaté, más específicamente en el área de competitividad. Así mismo se evidenciarán los resultados obtenidos dentro de la práctica profesional, en los cuales se observarán las estrategias de fortalecimiento y mejora aplicados en las metas propuestas. The internship is the first step to enter the labor market, in this process the knowledge acquired throughout the professional training is strengthened and new knowledge and experiences are gained, which are fundamental to continue enriching the profesional profile. Within the internships, it is observed how the student has the capacity to grow personally and professionally.
