Se propone diseñar un centro comunitario para el barrio Campo hermoso de Bucaramanga, en la escarpa occidental de la ciudad, donde la propuesta de diseño responderá a aquellas necesidades de atención social y desarrollo cultural a un barrio que ha sido insignia, el proyecto tendrá como protagonista morfológico y de historia, la escarpa, elemento natural que distingue a la zona occidental de la ciudad, por lo cual se pretende enriquecer el proyecto mediante la visual que tiene, y así mismo, responder con una arquitectura que agrade al entorno que tenga en cuenta los parámetros de diseño ya resaltados; donde finalmente su uso será para la comunidad y de manera abierta brindar una acogida a todos los usuarios para que este pueda ser utilizado en pro del crecimiento social y cultural del territorio.
