El presente informe presenta al lector el paso por BBVA y su trayectoria nacional; se evidenciará su historia y cómo desde España han logrado liderar procesos de internacionalización tal y como sucedió en Colombia, su misión y visión, aspectos del mercado que atiende en la actualidad y como este enmarca el escenario de una empresa sólida respaldada por su trayectoria de 166 años años en el mercado de los cuales ha estado presente 37 en Colombia. Por último, se presentará el rol y funciones que se desempeñaron en el transcurso de estos seis meses en la sede principal del departamento del Meta ubicada en la Carrera 31 #38-18 y las perspectivas como estudiante de negocios internacionales en el contexto de una entidad financiera. This report introduces the reader to BBVA and its national trajectory; it will show its history and how from Spain they have managed to lead internationalization processes as it happened in Colombia, its mission and vision, aspects of the market it currently serves and how this frames the scenario of a solid company backed by its 166 years of experience in the market of which it has been present for 37 years in Colombia. Finally, the role and functions that were performed in the course of these six months in the main headquarters of the department of Meta located at Carrera 31 #38-18 and prospects as an international business student in the context of a financial institution.
