The aim of this study was to compare the rhythmic gymnastics performance factors reported in the previous literature between two groups of Spanish individual gymnasts competing at different levels (first and third national division). 18 gymnasts (14.1±1.2 years) were measured, and divided into two groups, elite (n = 4) and non-elite (n = 14). The subjects underwent anthropometric, physical (jumping ability and flexibility) and physiological (heart rate and blood lactate) tests.
