A new method based on fuzzy logic principles for measuring HRM performance is proposed where the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System (MFIS) as a measurement tool is used with the intention to provide a contextual approach (hotel industry) and in which a score for HRM indicators is calculated for each activity. A survey of HR managers was conducted and an expert group was included to create rules for evaluating HRM performances. Four models where domain, functions and membership rules are set for each HRM activity could be used as a template for measuring HRM performance in middle-sized hotel companies. Nova metoda za merjenje učinkovitosti kadrovskega menedžmenta temelji na sistemu mehke logike, ki izhaja iz Mamdanijevega sistema mehke logike in je uporabljena kot orodje za merjenje kazalnikov učinkovitosti kadrovskega menedžmenta v hotelih. S to metodo se izračuna vsako posamezno dejavnost kadrovskega menedžmenta. Izvedli smo raziskavo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika med kadroviki ter vključili ekspertno skupino za vzpostavitev meril učinkovitosti kadrovskega menedžmenta. Skozi štiri modele smo vzpostavili funkcije in pravila za vsako kadrovsko dejavnost in s tem pripravili podlago za merjenje učinkovitosti kadrovske funkcije v srednje velikih hotelih. |
