The paper is the introduction to the study "language along the border: Trensds of language developments among young people", prepared for the Primorsko days of the Slovene language (Gorica, April 2001). It explores how the student's language norm develops in school during Slovene classes on the one hand and through observation of the use of the Slovene language in public life on the other. A theoretical introduction on the language norm and on aimsof language teaching is followed by an analysis of student's home assignments and by conclusions drawn from this analysis. Teoretićnemu izhodišču o jezikovni normi in ciljih pouka sledi analiza domače naloge vseh njenih učencev in iz nje izhajajoči sklepi. |
