Popis: Svijet organizacije, je svijet u kojem danas živimo. Da bi uspjeli obaviti sve zadaće u različitim organizacijama, ljudi moraju biti dobro organizirani, jer organizacija je stanje koje je rezultat procesa organiziranja. Okolina u kojoj posluju današnje organizacije je nestabilna, turbulentna i dinamična, te organizacije, ako žele opstati i prosperirati, moraju se prilagoditi navedenim promjenama. Pri uvođenju promjena u organizaciju, menadžeri se susreću sa brojnim otporima prema tim promjenama. Zaposlenici i ljudi su inertne osobe koje su sklone rutini, svakidašnjici, te oni promjene dočekuju sa sumnjičavošću, ljutnjom, otporom pa čak i sabotiranjem promjena. Međutim, postoje metode i tehnike kojima se pokušavaju savladati otpori prema promjenama, kao što su edukacija zaposlenika i komunikacija s istim, gradnja potpore i predanosti, pregovaranje sa zaposlenicima. The world of organization, is the world we live in today. In order to manage to do all the tasks in a variety of organizations, people need to be well organized, because the organization is a condition that is the result of the process of organizing. The environment in which they operate today are unstable, turbulent and dynamic, and the organization, if they want to survive and prosper they must adapt to these changes. In introducing changes in the organization , managers are faced with a lot of resistance to these changes. Employees and people are inert people who are prone to routine, everyday life, and those changes are welcomed with suspicion, anger, resistance and even sabotage change. However, there are methods and techniques that are trying overcome resistance to change, such as employee education and communication with the same, construction support and commitment, negotiation with employees .
