Popis: | Do akutnog infarkta miokarda dolazi zbog smanjenog protoka krvi u koronarnim arterijama, a to je posljedica lošeg stanja srčano krvožilnog sustava zbog ateroskleroze, hipertenzije, dijabetesa, sklonosti alkoholu i pušenju. Acute myocardial infarction occurs due to reduced blood flow in the coronary arteries, and this is due to the poor condition of the cardiovascular system caused by atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, tendency to alcohol and smoking. One of the first signs of a heart attack is chest pain that spreads down the left arm, up the neck to the jaw and down to the level of the umbilicus. Early recognition and early intervention are important to avoid unwanted and fatal consequences. When an acute myocardial infarction occurs, the person is treated in hospital either conservatively or surgically, depending on the severity of the heart attack and the health condition of the person. Then follows the most important part, and that is the rehabilitation and education of the patient where the physiotherapist plays an important role. Rehabilitation should start as early as possible and educate the patient about breathing exercises, sitting, getting up and talk to him about his goals and possibilities. After the patient's discharge, secondary cardiovascular rehabilitation is important in order to prevent a recurrence of acute myocardial infarction. It includes proper nutrition, physical activity, monitoring of blood pressure parameters, blood oxygen saturation, cholesterol, heart rate and continued rehabilitation in special institutions for heart patients. |
