Glavne karakteristike bronhitisa upala bronha koji najčešće uzrokuje kašalj koji može biti produktivan što znači da pacijenti iskašljavaju sputum koji mogu različito izgledati. Izgled sputuma može biti krvav, gnojan ili zamućen ovisno o kojoj fazi bolesti se radi. Ostali simptomi koji se javljaju kod bolesti su bol u prsima, piskanje u plućima te povišena tjelesna temperatura. Akutni bronhitis je bolest kod koje kašalj traje do 15 dana. Akutna faza može proći samostalno ili uz liječenje lijekovima za iskašljavanje. Kronični kašalj traje više od 3 mjeseca. Kod kronične faze vrlo je bitno znati uzrok bolesti da se ne razviju dodatne komplikacije u dišnom sustavu. Ukoliko kašalj ne prestaje potrebno je potražiti stručnu pomoć. Kod izrade ovog rada provodilo se online istraživanje putem Google obrasca za ankete. Cilj rada je saznati pojavnost bronhitisa na području međimurske županije, simptome te koliko populacija zna o samoj bolesti. Istraživanje se provodilo od 2.9.2022. do 6.9.2022. Anketnim upitnikom ispitano je 77 sudionika. Daljnjom analizom odgovora dobiveni su rezultati koji upućuju da populacija zna prepoznati simptome i uzročnike akutnog i kroničnog bronhitisa i da većina populacije nije preboljela kronični bronhitis. Također se daljnjom analizom utvrdilo da iako većina ispitanika zna kada se nalaze u prostoriji sa otrovnim i štetnim tvarima ne koriste zaštitu za dišni sustav. The appearance of sputum can be bloody, purulent or cloudy depending on the stage of the disease. Other symptoms that occur with the disease are chest pain, wheezing in the lungs and elevated body temperature. Acute bronchitis is a disease in which the cough lasts up to 15 days. The acute phase can pass independently or with expectorant drugs. Chronic cough lasts more than 3 months. In the chronic phase, it is very important to know the cause of the disease so that additional complications do not develop in the respiratory system. If the cough does not stop, it is necessary to seek professional help. When creating this research, an online survey was conducted using a Google survey form. The aim of the work is to find out the incidence of bronchitis in the area of Međimurje County, the symptoms and how much the population knows about the disease itself. The research was conducted from September 2, 2022. until 6/9/2022. 77 participants were surveyed with a questionnaire. Further analysis of the responses yielded results indicating that the population knows how to recognize the symptoms and causes of acute and chronic bronchitis and that the majority of the population have never had chronic bronchitis. Further analysis also revealed that although most respondents know when they are in a room with toxic and harmful substances, they do not use respiratory system protection. |
