Popis: | Cilj ovog završnog rada u pogledu energetske učinkovitosti je napraviti analizu postojećeg stanja zgrade, analizirati i predložiti mjere za dovođenje zgrade u gotovo nula energetsku te prikazati uštede koje su postignute nakon provedbe predloženih mjera energetske učinkovitosti na primjeru obrazove ustanove (područne škole). Analiza postojećeg stanja sastoji se od snimka postojećeg stanja zgrade. Nakon analize, opisana je metodologija proračuna potrebne energije za grijanje. Prije proračuna, potrebni su podaci o geometrijskim karakteristikama zgrade, lokacija građevine te klimatski podaci lokacije. Proračun potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje proveden je u računalnom programu KI expert Plus - ,,free software“, koji je redovito ažuriran i kao takav podržan od strane Ministarstva Graditeljstva! Na temelju rezultata proračuna, predložene su mjere za dovođenje zgrade u gotovo nula energetsku, te je proveden novi postupak proračuna kako bi se mogla izračunati konačna razlika u potrošnji toplinske energije za grijanje te ušteda koja je postignuta u slučaju obnove zgrade prema predloženim mjerama. The purpose of this final thesis in terms of energy efficiency is to provide an analysis of the existing building conditions, and to suggest measures to bring the building to near zero energy and to show the savings achieved after the implementation of the proposed energy efficiency measures on the example of the institution's faces. The analysis of the existing condition consists a snapshot of the existing condition of the building. After the analysis, the methodology for calculating the energy required for heating is described. Before the calculation, data on the geometric characteristics of the building, the location of the building and the climatic data of the location are required. The calculation of the required heat energy for heating was carried out in the computer program KI expert Plus - free software, which was regularly updated and as such supported by the Ministry of Construction! Based on the budget results, measures have been proposed to bring the building to near zero energy, and a new budget procedure has been implemented to calculate the final difference in heating energy consumption and the savings achieved in the event of renovation of the building under the proposed measures. |
