| Popis: | U radu je prikazan osvrt na same početke razvoja i primjene metode 8D u američkoj vojsci i u automobilskoj industriji. Pojašnjen je svaki korak metode pojedinačno kroz opis izvedbe i dijagramski kroz faze provođenja svakog koraka. Na primjerima su objašnjeni i pojedini alati kvalitete koji se mogu koristiti kako bi se postigao željeni rezultat, odnosno pronašao uzrok problema.Provedeno je istraživanja na području Republike Hrvatske na temelju kojeg su dokazane hipoteze sa početka rada koje dovode do pozitivnih zaključaka o primjeni metode u poslovnoj praksi. The thesis displays a review of the development beginnign and the application of the 8D method in the US military and in the automotive industry. Each step of the method is individually explained with a description of usage and with indicator diagrams which guide through every stage of usage. Some quality tools are also explained on examples where the usage of these tools could lead to achieve the desired outcome and to find the cause of the problem.A research was carried out on the scope of the Republic of Croatia which lead to proving the hypothesis from the beginning of the thesis, leading to positive conclusions about the application of the method in business practice. |
