Popis: | UN-ova inicijativa "Education for Justice" za cilj ima prevenciju zločina te promoviranje vladavine prava i kulture zakonitosti kroz primarno, sekundarno i tercijarno obrazovanje. Pokrenuta je u sklopu Globalnog programa za implementaciju Deklaracije iz Dohe kako bi kreirala i širila obrazovne materijale o temama i područjima kojima se bavi UN-ov Ured za drogu i kriminal. Iako Inicijativa radi sa sve tri razine obrazovanje, u radu se istražuje kakav utjecaj ona ostvaruje na sveučilišne profesore. Uočivši težu prilagodbu na brze promjene i problem dostupnosti suvremene literature, Inicijativa kroz radionice i seminare utječe na profesore kako bi oni što uspješnije na studente prenijeli znanja, vrijednosti i ponašanja koja se smatraju poželjnima. U svojem radu Inicijativa koristi holistički pristup te želi ostvariti utjecaj na kognitivnu, socio-emocionalnu i bihevioralnu dimenziju čovjeka. U radu je prikazano kako je i na odrasle osobe moguće utjecati, a pomoću anketnog upitnika otkrivamo da je Inicijativa pozitivno utjecala na sveučilišne profesore u sve tri dimenzije, ali da utjecaj na svaku dimenziju nije jednako uspješan. The United Nations initiative Education for Justice aims to prevent crime and promote the rule of law and a culture of lawfulness through primary, secondary, and tertiary education. It was launched as part of the Global Program for the Implementation of the Doha Declaration to create and disseminate educational materials on topics and areas covered by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. Although the Initiative works with all three levels of education, the paper examines the impact it has on university professors. Noticing the more difficult adaptation to rapid change and the problem of availability of contemporary literature, the Initiative influences professors through workshops and seminars so they can more successfully transfer the knowledge, values, and behaviors that are considered desirable to students. In its work, the Initiative uses a holistic approach and wants to have an impact on the cognitive, socio-emotional, and behavioral dimensions of man. The paper shows how it is possible to influence adults, and with the help of a questionnaire, we find that the Initiative has had a positive impact on university professors in all three dimensions, but that the impact on each dimension is not equally successful. |
