Popis: The analysis of the e.m. component of EAS and of the deep underground muons detected in coincidence by EAS-TOP and MACRO has been performed to study the primary cosmic ray composition in the energy range 5 · 1014 − 1 · 1016eV, around the knee of the primary spectrum. New results are presented with improved statistics, mostly above the knee of the energy spectrum.
