Popis:	Amyloidosis is a rare group of diseases characterized by the deposition of amyloid protein level of various tissues and organs, including myocardial tissue, with progressive evolution towards heart failure. We report the case of a 76-year-old male patient with dyspnoea and easy fatigue, whose picture of Magnetic resonance imaging enabled the diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis.
