The following article is to present the relation between social change and technological progress, where next advances are treated as initiators or catalysts for ongoing transformations in modern collectivities. Internet as a medium became not only the source for these transformations but additionally it accelerates social interactions. In result the existing axiological, ideological or political conflicts took not only a new form but also gained a new quality. Internets mosaic structure will also be taken into account, as it creates social frame for possible human actions. These actions may in fact be a result of axiological antagonism which may indicate that a new hierarchy of values is being developed.
