Popis: Witold Mystkowski was the last president of Włocławek before outbreak of the second World War. Being a president he was developing city, residential construction, water and sevage network and plenty of roads. He belonged to the great intelligence of Włocławek. After the beginning of second World War, he was arrested and murdered on the eleventh of November 1939 in forests of Pińczata. It's one of german crimes, which was caused by germans on polish intelligence. Together with president Mystkowski were murdered other clerks, lawyers, well known people of Włocławek. Memento ot this crime is also restoring memory of the president Mystkowski, as well.
