This article describes the influence that job burnout exerts upon the level of satisfaction from and involvement to an organization. The range of problems described herein focuses on research done by various tradesmen and merchants employed by one of the biggest Centre European oil companies. The content identifies an existence of some professions particularly exposed to the job burnout phenomenon and stresses the need for counteraction measures taken on behalf of the organization. The article includes the theoretical basis of the subject as well as its methodology and multiple results of the research done in 2006. |
