Popis: Republika Hrvatska, osobito Dalmacija, podneblje je karakterizirano idealnim klimatskim uvjetima za uzgoj ljekovitog bilja. Sjemenke komorača, plodovi mirte te plodovi pasjeg trna aromatične su biljke bogate bioaktivnim fitokemikalijama koje posjeduju iznimna ljekovita svojstva. Procesi sa superkritičnim fluidima su održivi, ekološki prihvatljivi, isplativi te pružaju mogućnost dobivanja novih proizvoda s posebnim svojstvima. Cilj rada bio je izraditi Elaborat tehničko-tehnološkog rješenja pogona za proizvodnju ekstrakata primjenom superkritičnih fluida po važećim zakonskim i higijenskim standardima koji će omogućiti proizvodnju visokokvalitetnih superkritičnih ekstrakata (CO2 apsoluta i eteričnih ulja). Odabrana je Zadarska županija kao lokacija za izgradnju proizvodnog pogona, opisani su tehnološki procesi proizvodnje, izračunate su materijalna i energetska bilanca te su navedeni potrebni uređaji i oprema. Tlocrt pogona prikazan je grafički. The Republic of Croatia, particularly Dalmatia, offers a climate that is perfect for the growth of medicinal plants. Aromatic plants rich in bioactive phytochemicals, such as fennel seeds, myrtle fruits, and sea buckthorn fruits, offer outstanding therapeutic potential. Processes involving supercritical fluids are long-lasting, ecologically benign, and cost-effective, and they allow the creation of novel products with unique features. The purpose of this work was to prepare The Study of Technical-Technological Solution of Drive for creating Supercritical CO2 in accordance with applicable legal and sanitary norms so that high-quality supercritical extracts could be produced (CO2 absolutes and essential oils). The location for the production facility was chosen in Zadar County, the technological processes of production were detailed, the material and energy balance was calculated, and the necessary devices and equipment were identified. The plant's floor design is presented graphically.
