Popis: | This article is devoted to fabrication of novel preceramic paper-derived functionally graded composites (FGM) based on Ti3SiC2 MAX-phase. Functional materials with a porosity gradient were fabrication by spark plasma sintering of stacked preceramic papers at 1050 °C for 5 min. Phase composition, microstructure and hardness were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and the Vickers method, respectively. |
