| Popis: | The numerical study of the integral characteristics of heat transfer process in three types RTD at measurement high temperatures was done. As a result of numerical study the heat transfer model in the sensing element of RTD was developed. These have been shown that measurement error depends inversely and nonlinearly from heating duration of RTD. The theoretical dependences of relative error of RTD from time required for heating sensitive element were determined. |
