Popis: | Vsako podjetje je ustvarjeno in v svet poslano s poslanstvom, da s svojim izdelkom/storitvijo služi čim večjemu številu kupcev/strank. Njegova uspešnost je merjena skozi udejanjanje ključnih ciljev in odvisna od sposobnosti soočanja in premoščanja neuspehov. Nenaklonjene razmere podjetje nemalokrat oddaljijo od začrtane poti uresničevanja ciljev, zavirajo njegovo uspešno delovanje ali celo ogrozijo njegov obstoj. Takrat se podjetje znajde pred vprašanjem kako naprej. Zato je smiselno preučiti, kako lahko zaposleni s pozitivnim pristopom ohranijo vero v cilje podjetja in kako z razvojem veščine afirmativnega poizvedovanja iščejo načine za doseganje le-teh. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je podana teoretična opredelitev afirmativnega poizvedovanja skozi ključne koncepte. Najpogosteje uporabljen proces afirmativnega poizvedovanja je podrobneje predstavljen skozi njegove elemente: afirmativna tema, pozitivno jedro, faze razodetja, vizionarstva, načrtovanja in udejanjanja na primeru obravnavanega podjetja (France) z namenom njegove revitalizacije. V drugem delu je predstavljena raziskava mnenja uporabnikov športne prehrane. S pomočjo ankete so podrobneje preučene spletne nakupovalne navade ciljne skupine in pridobljena ocena zadovoljstva s spletno trgovino bodyfit.si. Namen raziskave je prepoznati želje in potrebe ciljne skupine kot osnove za izboljšave spletne trgovine bodyfit.si in nadgradnjo le-te v spletni portal s predstavitvenimi stranmi podjetja, blogom itd. Each established company has an objective to serve as many customers as possible with its products/services. Its efficiency is measured through materializing of vital objectives and is dependent on the capability of facing and overcoming failures. Adverse conditions often move the company away from its set routes for achieving objectives, obstructing its successful operation, or even jeopardise its livelihood. The company then needs to consider how to continue. It is thus sensible to examine how the employees can keep their faith in the company’s objectives with a positive approach and how with the development of appreciative inquiry skills they can find ways of achieving these objectives. The first part of the thesis presents the definition of appreciative inquiry through vital concepts. The most often used process of appreciative inquiry is represented in more detail through its elements, namely affirmative topic, positive core, discovery phase, dream phase, and destiny phase as in the studied company (France) with the purpose of its revitalization. The second part of the thesis presents an opinion survey of sports diet users. The survey helped analysing in detail purchasing habits and general satisfaction with the online shop bodyfit.si. The purpose of the survey was to recognise the desires and needs of the target group as the basis for the improvement of the online shop bodyfit.si and its upgrading into a web portal with the company’s online presentations, blog etc. |
