Poslovni procesi, njihova optimizacija ter spremembe predstavljajo danes v podjetjih ključ poslovanja. Zaradi hitrih sprememb in zahtev trga mora vsako podjetje imeti točno definirane ter vzpostavljene poslovne procese, hkrati pa mora biti fleksibilno in pripravljeno na nagle preobrate. Uporaba določenih metodologij in orodij omogoča podjetjem zaznavo problematike in potencialnih priložnosti za izboljšave poslovnih procesov. Orodji, kot sta VSM (angl. Value Stream Mapping, v nadaljevanju VSM) ter SWOT (angl. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, v nadaljevanju SWOT) analiza, sta priporočljivi in nenadomestljivi za optimizacijo poslovnih procesov. S pomočjo SWOT analize zaznamo prednosti in slabosti notranjega poslovanja, hkrati pa priložnosti in nevarnosti, ki izhajajo iz okolja. To nam daje odlično izhodišče za nadaljnjo analizo in izboljšavo poslovnih procesov. S pomočjo orodja VSM pa lahko analiziramo trenutno stanje ter simuliramo bodoče stanje poslovnih procesov. Ta metoda vitkega managementa nam z grafičnim prikazom omogoča identifikacijo vseh pretokov materiala in informacij, razvrščenih po določenem časovnem intervalu. Obe orodji nam dajeta dovolj zanesljivo podlago za odkrivanje kritičnih točk v poslovnih procesih, ki v podjetju zahtevajo takojšnje ukrepanje. The company's business processes, optimization and changes to it are the key to the entire business in companies today. Because of rapid changes and market demands, every company must have precisely defined and established business processes. At the same time, be flexible and ready for rapid changes and upheavals. The use of certain methodologies and tools enables companies to perceive problems and potential opportunities for improving business processes. Tools such as VSM and SWOT analysis are therefore recommended and irreplaceable for optimizing business processes. With the help of a SWOT analysis, we identify the strengths and weaknesses of internal operations, as well as the opportunities and threats arising from the environment. This gives us an excellent starting point for further analysis and improvement of business processes. With the help of the VSM tool, we can analyze the current and simulate the future state of business processes. This method of lean management allows us to identify all flows of materials and information spread over a certain time interval with a graphic display. Both of the mentioned tools give us a sufficiently reliable basis for recovering critical points in business processes that require immediate action in the company. |
