Popis: | Magistrsko delo prikazuje statično, seizmično in požarno analizo proizvodno-poslovnega objekta v Slovenj Gradcu. Obravnavan objekt sestavljata dvoetažen poslovni del in enoetažen proizvodni del, v katerem se nahaja mostno dvigalo. Nosilna konstrukcija je grajena iz armiranobetonskih temeljev, jeklene skeletne konstrukcije in sovprežne plošče. Nosilne elemente se preveri na stalne, spremenljive in nezgodne obtežne vplive, kjer se jim skladno z obstoječimi standardi Evrokod in ostalo literaturo preveri nosilnost, stabilnost, utrujanje in uporabnost. Ker se objekt nahaja na poplavnem območju, se pod njim izvede zaščitni nasip ustrezne višine. Pri potresni analizi se objekt, kljub nizkim potresnim obtežbam, projektira po metodi načrtovanja nosilnosti, kjer je konstrukcija sposobna prevzeti plastične deformacije brez porušitve – duktilna konstrukcija. Pri požarni analizi se uporabi tako predpisni, kot tudi odzivni pristop za kontrolo nosilnih elementov. V proizvodnem delu objekta smo preko lokaliziranih požarov dokazali, da konstrukcije na požar ni potrebno zaščititi, v poslovnem delu pa se požarna zaščita izvede v obliki požarnih plošč in intumescentnega premaza. Poleg požarne in seizmične analize konstrukcije delo prikazuje tudi podrobno analizo določitve obtežb in samih kontrol sovprežne plošče, nosilca, ki podpira mostno dvigalo in same jeklene konstrukcije. Master's Thesis presents statical, seismic and fire analysis of productionally commercial building in Slovenj Gradec. The production part of the building, where an overhead crane is based, is one-storey high, whereas the commercial part of the building is two-storey high. Load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete foundations, steel structure and composite slab. Elements of load-bearing structure are designed on permanent, variable and accidental load cases, where, in accordance with existing Eurocode standards and other literature, their load capacity, stability, fatigue and serviceability is checked. Because the building is located in the flood zone, a protective embankment of appropriate height is built underneath it. Eventhough seismic forces are low, a capacity design procedure is used in the load-bearing structure analysis, so that the structure is capable of withstanding plastic deformations without collapse – ductile load-bearing structure. In the fire analysis of load-bearing elements both prescriptive and performance-based design procedures are used. In the production part of the building we proved, through localized fires, that the load-bearing structure there doesn't need to be protected, whereas in the commercial part of the building, a fire protection is installed in form of fire boards and intumescent coating. Besides seismic and fire analysis thesis also presents a detailed analysis of the determination of the loads and limit states analysis of the composite slab, beam, which supports an overhead crane and steel structure itself. |
