Kot se vsi zavedamo, vsa podjetja danes stremijo k vedno večji produktivnosti, učinkovitosti, kakovosti izdelkov, zmanjšanju proizvodnega časa ter ostalih izgub, itd. Zato je zelo pomembno, da so orodja, ki jih uporabljamo za sledenje teh parametrov zelo natančna in odražajo realno stanje proizvodnje, saj je le tako mogoče ugotoviti kje so izboljšave možne in ustrezne, da bi ugodno zadostili zgornjim kriterijem in vedno znova izboljševali proizvodne procese. Ravno iz tega namena je diplomska naloga sestavljena iz dveh delov: teoretičnega, ki opisuje osnovne zakonitosti vitke proizvodnje ter praktičnega, kjer smo s pomočjo osvojene teorije analizirali linijo ASV 4g v podjetju Danfoss Trata ter ugotavljali kako učinkovit delovni proces se izvaja, kakšen je režim dela ter s kakšnimi načini bi lahko izboljšali nastavitvene čase med menjavi nalogov. As we are all aware, all companies today are striving for ever-increasing productivity, efficiency, product quality, reduced production time and other losses, and so on. Therefore, it is very important that the tools we use to track these parameters are very accurate and reflect the real state of production, as this is the only way to determine where improvements are possible and appropriate to meet the above criteria and improve production processes over and over again. It is for this purpose that this thesis consists of two parts: theoretical, which describes the basic laws of lean manufacturing and practical, where we used our theoretical knowledge we obtained to analyze the ASV 4g line in Danfoss Trata and determine how efficient the work process is, and in what ways we could improve the setting times during production order changes. |
