V diplomskem delu predstavim inšpekcijski nadzor z njegovimi udeleženci (inšpektor, stranka, stranski udeleženec). Osredotočim se na delovanje Inšpektorata Republike Slovenije za šolstvo in šport, ki je organ v sestavi Ministrstva za izobraževanje, znanost in šport. Predstavim organiziranost inšpektorata in področje njegovega nadzora, kjer opišem strukturo izobraževalnega sistema v Sloveniji, ter analiziram delo inšpektorata na področju šolstva in športa, kjer se osredotočim na redne in izredne inšpekcijske nadzore. Opišem tudi šolsko inšpekcijo na Švedskem in v Angliji, kar se mi zdi pomembno, saj s tem podam še vpogled v druge države, ki imajo zelo dobro razvit izobraževalni sitem. V diplomskem delu se srečam tudi s konkretnimi primeri stranske udeležbe, ki jih predstavim in komentiram s perspektive zunanjega opazovalca. V diplomskem delu preverim veljavnost dveh hipotez, ki jih postavim v uvodu. Hipotezi potrdim s pomočjo deskriptivne metode in metode analize statističnih podatkov za obdobje 2016–2019. In the thesis, I present the process of inspection and its participants (inspector, party, notice party). I focus on the activities of the Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Education and Sport, which is a body constitutive body within the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport. I present the organizational structure of the Inspectorate and the field of its control, where I describe the structure of the educational system in Slovenia, and analyse the work of the inspectorate in the fields of education and sport, where I focus on regular and extraordinary inspections. I also describe the educational inspection in Sweden and England, since I find it important to provide insights to other countries with well-developed educational systems. In the thesis, I also deal with concrete cases of notice participation, which I present and comment from the perspective of an external observer. In the thesis, I also validate two hypotheses, set in the introduction. I confirm the hypotheses with the use of the descriptive method and the analytical method by analysing statistical data for the period 2016-2019. |
