Spremenjene tehnologije, zakonodaja, prenova procesov in novi standardi od vodij zahtevajo uporabo prilagodljivih pristopov v vodenju. Organizacije, ki pri uvajanju sprememb upoštevajo zaposlene kot pomemben dejavnik, se lažje prilagajajo in soočijo z novimi razmerami, ki so neizogibne. Temu prilagodijo tudi vodenje zaposlenih, s tem da ključne vodje izobražujejo in usposabljajo, da znajo pri svojem delu uporabiti veščine učinkovitega vodenja, ki pri zaposlenih ne povzročajo bolezni in odsotnosti z delovnega mesta, imenovane absentizem. Zdravje je pomembno tako za zaposlenega kot organizacijo, pri čemer oba nosita svoj del odgovornosti zanj: zaposleni s tem, da skrbi in krepi lastno zdravje, organizacija pa z zagotavljanjem pogojev, v katerih so zaposleni lahko zdravi. Učinkoviti načini vodenja zaposlenih pripomorejo, da se zaposleni ne oklepajo bolniške odsotnosti takrat, ko bi lahko prišli v službo. V prvem delu magistrskega dela so predstavljeni različni tipi, vloge in značilnosti vodij ter njihovo vedenje, ki neposredno vpliva na način vodenja zaposlenih. Predstavljen je pojem vodenja, katere tehnike in stile vodenja uporabljajo uspešni vodje, kakšna je povezava med vodenjem in absentizmom ter kako vodje vplivajo na zaposlene. V drugem delu sta predstavljeni zasnova in izvedba raziskava ter predstavitev rezultatov. Altered technologies, legislation, process renewal and new standards demand from leaders to use approaches of flexible leadership. Organisations, which consider employees as an important factor in the introduction of changes, have less trouble in adapting and facing new and inevitable developments. They also appropriately adapt the employee management by educating and training key-leaders to use approaches of efficient leadership, which do not cause diseases in employees and absenteeism from their workplace. Health is important for the employee as well as for the organisation, where both of them hold their share of responsibility for it: employees by strengthening and taking care of their health, and the organization by ensuring healthy working conditions. Effective ways of employee leadership prevent employees from taking a sick-leave, when they could come to work. The first part of the Master’s thesis presents different types, roles and characteristics of leaders and their behaviour, which directly influences the style of employee leadership. Presented are the concept of leadership, techniques and leadership styles, used by successful leaders, the connection between leadership and absenteeism and how leaders influence employees. The second part presents the planning and realization of the research and its results. |
