V magistrskem delu raziskujem, kakšni so odnosi med uporabniki in osebnimi asistenti. Vemo, da so kvalitetni medosebni odnosi na delovnem mestu ključnega pomena in pomemben motivacijski dejavnik za delo. Za razvijanje in ohranjanje dobrih in učinkovitih odnosov na delovnem mestu je potrebno obvladati temeljne spretnosti komunikacije, medsebojnega poznavanja in zaupanja, medsebojnega sprejemanja in potrjevanja ter konstruktivnega reševanja konfliktov. V magistrski nalogi v teoretičnem delu predstavim koncept neodvisnega življenja, človekove pravice ljudi z oviranostjo ter pravice ljudi z oviranostjo v slovenski zakonodaji. Nato opredelim pojem, kaj je osebna asistenca, njena zgodovina v Sloveniji, sledi pravna podlaga osebne asistence ter pomen medosebnih odnosov. V kvalitativni raziskavi sem opravila intervju z 18 osebami, in sicer z devetimi uporabniki in devetimi osebnimi asistenti. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kakšni odnosi se razvijajo med izvajanjem osebne asistence med uporabniki in osebnimi asistenti ter s kakšnimi ovirami ali s težavami se soočajo med izvajanjem osebne asistence. Na podlagi rezultatov sem ugotovila, da osebna asistenca uporabnikom pomeni veliko, kvalitetnejše življenje, nekaj najpomembnejšega, pomoč pri vsakodnevnih opravilih ter samostojnejše življenje. Uporabnikom zagotavlja vse potrebne storitve, čeprav bi nekateri občasno potrebovali dodatno pomoč ali več ur pomoči. Uporabniki sodelujejo z osebnimi asistenti na podlago odnosa, ki temelji na zaupanju, zadovoljstvu, prilagojenosti, dobrem poznavanju uporabnika ter da je odnos v redu, super. Osebni asistenti so zadovoljni pri delu. Zadovoljstvo pri delu je povezano z zadovoljstvom z izvajalcem, saj se osebnim asistentom zdi pomembno, da imajo urnik vnaprej določen. Izvajalca so opisali, da je razumen, prilagodljiv, dosegljiv ter da imajo njegovo podporo. Osebni asistenti sodelujejo z uporabniki na podlagi odnosa, ki temelji na zaupanju zadovoljstvu super razumevanju čustveni povezanosti ter da je odnos korekten in odličen. In my master's thesis, I am researching the relationships between users and personal assistants. We know that quality interpersonal relationships in the workplace are crucial and an important motivating factor for work. In order to develop and maintain good and effective relationships in the workplace, it is necessary to master the basic skills of communication, mutual knowledge and trust, mutual acceptance and confirmation, and constructive conflict resolution. In the theoretical part of my master's thesis, I present the concept of independent living, the human rights of people with disabilities and the rights of people with disabilities in Slovenian legislation. Then I define the concept of personal assistance, its history in Slovenia, followed by the legal basis of personal assistance and the importance of interpersonal relationships. In the qualitative research, I interviewed 18 people, namely nine users and nine personal assistants. The purpose of the research was to determine what kind of relationships develop during the implementation of personal assistance between users and personal assistants and what obstacles or problems they face during the implementation of personal assistance. Users interact with personal assistants on the basis of a relationship based on trust, satisfaction, customization, knowing the user well, and the relationship being okay, great. Personal assistants are satisfied with their work. Job satisfaction is related to satisfaction with the contractor, as personal assistants find it important to have a predetermined schedule. The contractor was described as being reasonable, flexible, approachable and that they had his support. Personal assistants interact with users based on a relationship based on trust satisfaction super understanding emotional connection and that the relationship is correct and excellent. |
