Diplomsko delo zajema pregled področja 3D vida in izdelavo programa za pregledovanje 3D modelov v stereoskopskem načinu. Program omogoča uporabniku, da si naložen model ogleda v dveh pogledih. Model lahko pogleda iz ptičje perspektive ali pa se sprehodi po modelu. Program je bil razvit v okolju Unity. 3D vid je obetavna veja v računalništvu ter zabavni industriji. 3D tehnologija postaja bolj kompaktna, dosegljiva in ugodna. Glavni faktor hitrega razvoja je napredek računalniške tehnologije. Uporablja se v filmski industriji, v video igrah, fotografiji in na mnogih drugih področjih. Čeprav se je uporaba 3D vida v 21. stoletju razširila, se prodajalci še vedno borijo z doseganjem kritične mase uporabnikov, ki bi jim omogočila oblikovanje novih izdelkov. Pogost vzrok za neuporabo je neudobnost stereoskopskih naprav, katero povzroči razlika v zaznani in reproducirani resničnosti. The thesis consist of an overview of 3D vision and creation of a program for viewing 3D models in stereoscopic mode. Program allows user to watch the loaded model in two different views. User can view model from a bird's eye view or walk through the model. Program was developed in Unity. 3D vision is promising section in computer science and entertainment industry. 3D technology is becoming more compact, reachable and affordable. Main factor of its fast development is the progress of computer technology. It is used in movie industry, video games, photography and many other areas. Although the use of 3D vision has expanded in 21. century, sellers still struggle to reach wide population which, would enable them making new products. Common reason for not using 3D vision is discomfort while using stereoscopic devices and difference between perceived and reproduced reality. |
