Optimizacija tesnjenja gonila ekstruderja

Popis: V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali zobniško gonilo, ki se uporablja za prenos moči, vrtilnih momentov ter hitrosti na ekstruderju proizvajalca Jwell. Za zaščito pred zunanjimi onesnažili gonilo uporablja radialna gredna oljna tesnila, ki pa na obravnavani kritični točki ne zagotavljajo ustreznega tesnjenja. Težavo nam prestavlja neposredna povezava cilindra z gonilom ter vlažna predelovalna surovina. Slednja pride v stik z ogrevanim delom cilindra, kar posredno privede do uničenja grednega tesnila. V nalogi je zato predstavljena optimizacija tesnjenja na tej točki. Na to tesnilno mesto smo namestili štiri različne kombinacije tesnil, pri katerih smo morali upoštevati prostorske omejitve in delovne pogoje. Učinkovitost tesnil smo nadzirali z vizualnimi pregledi ter laboratorijsko analizo olja. Z meritvami ležajev oziroma s spremljanjem njihovega stanja pa smo preverjali, kako voda v olju vpliva na poškodbe ležajev gonila. V zaključku smo predstavili rezultate. Ugotovili smo, da sta za našo aplikacijo primerni dve kombinaciji preizkušenih tesnil, in sicer kombinacija labirintnega tesnila z grednim oljnim tesnilom ter kombinacija tesnilnega obroča iz klobučevine z grednim oljnim tesnilom. In the diploma thesis an analysis of the gearbox used to transmit power, torques and speed on the Jwell extruder was carried out. To protect the interior of the gearbox against external contaminants, oil seals are used, but they do not provide adequate sealing in the weakest point analyzed. The problem is the direct connection of the cylinder to the gearbox and the wet raw material. The raw material comes in contact with the heated part of the cylinder, which leads to the destruction of the shaft seal. The thesis therefore presents the optimization of sealing in this point. We installed four different combinations of seals at this sealing point, where we had to consider space limitations and working conditions. Its effectiveness was monitored by visual inspections and laboratory analysis of the oil. Additionally, the influence that presence of water in oil has on the damage caused to the gear bearings was measured by monitoring the bearings’ condition. In conclusion, we presented the results. We have found that two combinations of tested seals are suitable for our application: the combination of the labyrinth seal with the shaft oil seal and the combination of the felt seal ring with the shaft oil seal.
