V diplomskem delu Oblikovanje seta za izdelavo lončarskega vretena doma je raziskana problematika visokih cen kakovostnih lončarskih vreten na trgu. V ta segment spada izbira tehnologije produkcije, tehnologija in izvedba prenosa, ergonomija in uporabniška izkušnja, transport ter drugi izzivi, ki se pojavijo pri uporabi lončarskega vretena. V prvem delu diplomskega dela je obravnavano lončarsko vreteno, njegov razvoj, tipi mehanskih prenosov in dodatna oprema. Analizirane so oblike, dimenzije in teža lončarskega vretena, ki imajo pomembno vlogo pri ergonomsko prijazni uporabi le tega. Z raziskavo uporabnikov lončarskih vreten so bile ugotovljene njihove potrebe, želje in kritike. Zraven tega pa je vključena raziskava na področju poštnih storitev za čim bolj ugodno distribucijo in posledično ceno lončarskega vretena. Z analizo so bile ugotovljene ključne lastnosti, ki definirajo dobro zasnovano lončarsko vreteno. V drugem delu je prikazan proces iskanja rešitve s pomočjo skic, konceptov in končnega modela. Končna rešitev diplomskega dela rešuje problematiko uporabniške izkušnje lončarskih vreten srednega cenovnega razreda in visokih cen kakovostnih lončarskih vreten. The bachelor's thesis “Designing a Set for Assembling a Potter's Wheel at Home” examines the problem of the high market prices of quality pottery spindles. This segment includes the choice of production technology, the technology and implementation of transmissions, ergonomics and user experience, transport and other challenges that arise when using a potter's wheel. The first part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the potter's wheel, its development through history, the types of mechanical transmissions, and additional equipment. The shapes, dimensions and weight of the potter's wheel are analyzed, which play an important role in its ergonomically friendly use. By researching pottery spindle users, their needs, desires and critiques were identified. In addition, research in the field of postal services has been included to determine the most favorable distribution and, consequently, price of the potter's wheel. The analysis identified the key features that define a well-designed pottery spindle. The second part shows the process of finding a solution with the help of sketches, concepts and the final model. The final solution of the bachelor's thesis solves the problem regarding the user experience with pottery spindles in the medium price range and regarding the high prices of quality pottery spindles. |
