Diplomska naloga opisuje razvoj dvostopenjskega vodno-hidravličnega ventila. Izvedli smo analitične in numerične preračune tokovnih razmer. The thesis describes the development of a two-stage water-hydraulic valve. Due to its ecological sustainability water hydraulics is increasingly becoming a sensible alternative to oil hydraulics. In this thesis, we investigated a non-functional, two-stage valve prototype. We looked for the causes of its malfunction. New components were developed and manufactured. We performed analytical and numerical calculations of fluid dynamics. The result is a functional two-stage valve, that was tested in the pressure range from 50 to 200 bar, with a maximum flow rate of 30 l/min. We measured the functional characteristics of the valve and the effects of the individual components. We found that the production of a two-stage water valve with appropriate design adjustments is technologically feasible. |
