Namen diplomske naloge je izdelava idejne zasnove rekonstrukcije ceste po postopku tehnologije hladne reciklaže obstoječih cest z uporabo penjenega bitumna in cementa. V začetni fazi naloge podrobno analiziramo obstoječe stanje in zajamemo širšo problematiko prometa, ki se odvija na cesti do vasi Zavrh pod Šmarno goro. Ob upoštevanju potreb, omejitev in specifik v idejni zasnovi rekonstrukcije dodatno predlagamo še izgradnjo izogibališč, ločilnega otoka, parkirišča za obiskovalce Šmarne gore z obračališčem za šolski avtobus in površin za pešce. Pri projektiranju upoštevamo smernice, ki jih predpisuje Pravilnik o projektiranju cest ter ostali pravilniki in tehnične specifikacije za javne ceste, ki opredeljujejo merodajno tematiko. V računalniškem programu AutoCAD in Plateia na geodetskih podlogah (temeljna topografska karta in ortofoto posnetek)grafično prikažemo potek trase v situaciji in v vzdolžnem prerezu. Prikažemo elemente za zagotavljanje preglednosti in ostale na novo predvidene prometne površine. Na koncu izdelamo projektantski predračun, v katerem zajamemo vsa dela, predvidena po idejni zasnovi, da pridobimo okvirno vrednost celotne investicije. The main purpose of this diploma thesis was to create a road reconstruction conceptual design based on using the cold recycling road rehabilitation procedure with foamed bitumen and cement. In the initial phase of the thesis we performed an analysis of the existing situation and took into consideration all the wider issues concerning the road to Zavrh pod Šmarno goro traffic. Taking into account all the needs, restrictions and specifics of the design we further suggested the construction of passing bays, a splitter island and a parking lot combined with a bus turning point, as well as pedestrian surfaces. While creating the conceptual design, we followed the guidelines suggested by »Pravilnik o projektiranju cest«(Rules on road design), as well as other regulations, technical specifications and policies concerning public road construction. Based on surveying plans (topographic map and orthophotos) we graphically displayed the course of the road in ground plan and in longitudinal section using AutoCAD and Plateia products. To get an estimate of the project`s investment, as the final part of the thesis, we prepared a pro forma invoice which covers all planned labour and materials. |
