Popis: The workspace environment has a significant impact on employees. Usually, employees spend more than half of their daily time at work. In recent times, the working environment has experi-enced a great deal of change. There exists a shift from traditional working environment to the meaning of work-life balance. The changes are mainly related to external interventions which aim to increase the general well-being as well as the health of employees. A workplace is not just any more a workplace, it is the social and professional environment, where employees interact with each other, connect and network. The workplace is seen as an integration of the work itself. Moreover, the “war for employees” has already begun, and organizations have to offer more than just money to their employees to satisfy and motivate them in the long run. Organizations need to look outside of the traditional offer of additional benefits. They have to create a workspace environment, which focus on the employees itself, which motivate them, makes them creative, innovative and support their potential.
