| Popis: | Currently, the family Ampulicidae is represented by only two species of the genus Ampulex JURINE, 1807 (subfamily Ampulicinae) in Eritrea: A. brunneofasciata GIORDANI SOIKA, 1939 and A. conigera KOHL, 1893. The type of the latter is missing in the collection of the Natural History Museum Vienna (Austria). |
