CMT pozitif bulunan 134 inekten alınan toplam 268 süt örneğinin mikrobiyolojik incelemesinde 29 (%10,82) örnekte herhangi bir bakteri üremezken 239 (%89.18) süt örneğinden 66 (%24,63) Staphylococcus aureus, 30 (%11,19) Staphylococcus epidermidis, 20 (%7,46) Staphylococcus haemoliticus, 27 (%10,07) Streptococcus agalactiae, 10 (%3,73) Streptococcus dysgalactiae, 5 (%1,87) Streptococcus uberis, 10 (%3,73) Bacillus spp., 23 (%8,58) Escherichia coli, 10 (%3,73) Enterobacter cloacae, 10 (%3,73) Enterobacter faecalis, 5 (%1,87) Klebsiella pneumonia, 5 (%1,87) Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 8(%2,99) Diplocococus spp., 10 (%3,73) Candida spp. izole. İzole ve identifiye edilen bakterilere karşı yapılan antibiyogram testinde en etkili antibiyotiklerin Cefoperazone-Sulbactam, Cefoxitin ve Ampicillin olduğu belirlendi. The aim of this study was to isolate and identify the microorganisms leading to subclinical mastitis in Diyarbakır province and to determine their susceptibility to antibiotics. A total of 300 cows were examined for mastitis by CMT. A total of 268 milk samples collected from CMT positive 134 cows were tested microbiologically. From these milk samples, 29 (10,82%) had no bacterial growth, 239 (89.18%) microorganisms isolated and identified. Isolated microorganisms were 66 (24,63%) Staphylococcus aureus, 30 (11,19%) Staphylococcus epidermidis, 20 (7,46%) Staphylococcus haemoliticus, 27 (10,07%) Streptococcus agalactiae, 10 (3,73%) Streptococcus dysgalactiae, 5 (1,87%) Streptococcus uberis, 10 (3,73%) Bacillus spp., 23 (8,58%) Escherichia coli, 10 (3,73%) Enterobacter cloacae, 10 (3,73%) Enterobacter faecalis, 5 (1,87%) Pseudomonas auriginosa, 8(2,99%) Diplococ spp., 10 (3,73%) Candida spp., 5 (1,87%) Klebsiella pneumonia. The most effective antibiotics were Cefoperazone-Sulbactam, Cefoxitin and Ampicillin. |
