Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Puskesmas Tombulu, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Puskesmas Tombulu, pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Puskesmas Tombulu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden yang disebar kepada tenaga medis Puskesmas Tombulu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga medis, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga medis pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Tombulu. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety (OHS) on the performance of Tombulu health center medical personnel, influence work discipline on the performance of Tombulu health center medical personnel, the influence of occupational health and safety (K3) and work discipline on the performance of Tombulu Health Center medical personnel. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents were distributed to Tombulu Health Center medical personnel. Sampling technique in this study used saturation sampling technique. Data analysis method used in quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software. The results showed that occupational health and safety (OHS) influence the performance of medical personnel, and work discipline affects the performance of medical personnel. Occupational health and safety (OHS) and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of medical personnel during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Tombulu Health Center. |
