Popis: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Semangat Kerja dan Service Climate Organisasi terhadap Keterikatan Kerja dan dampaknya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap karyawan PT. Adhi Persada Beton Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dua variabel atau lebih. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dan uji kesesuaian model (goodness of fit test) menggunakan rumus Shumacker & Lomax dengan metode trimming level of significance 5%. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Semangat Kerja (X1), Service Climate Organisasi (X2), terhadap keterikatan kerja (Z) dan dampaknya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y). Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Semangat Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, kemudian Service Climate Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Keterikatan Kerja, sedangkan Keterikatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kemudian Keterikatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Adapun Semangat Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui Keterikatan Kerja, dan Service Climate organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui Keterikatan Kerja. This study aims to examine the effect of Work Passion and Service Climate Organization on Work Engagement and its impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Adhi Persada Beton Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method, which aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The analytical technique used is path analysis technique and the goodness of fit test using the Shumacker & Lomax formula with the trimming level of significance method of 5%. The variables in this study are Work Passion (X1), Service Climate Organization (X2), to Work Engagement (Z) and their impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y). Data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that Work Passion has a positive effect on Work Engagement, then Service Climate Organization has a positive effect on Work Engagement, while Work Engagement has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Then Work Engagement has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The Work Passion has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Work Engagement, and Service Climate Organization has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Work Engagement.
