Popis:	Congenital arteriovenous fistula of the hand is uncommon. We report a case of unusual congenital arteriovenous fistula forming multiple fistulous communications between the arteries and veins in the right hand. Clinical findings were confirmed by color Doppler sonography and digital subtraction angiography. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
