In this study, it was aimed to examine possible changes in enzyme activities and total protein levels in tissues of rats given daminozit at the dose of 150 mg/kg/day for 15. days introperitonly. Rats were killed by cervical dislocation on the end of 15 day. total protein (TP), alanin amino transferase (ALT), laktate dehidrogenase (LDH), alkaline fosfatase (ALP), gamma glutamil transpeptidaz (GGT), aspartat amino transaminaz (AST) enzyme activities were measured In prepared homogenates of spleen, kidney, heart, liver and brain tissues by Ciba Corning Express Plus autoanalyzer. GST enzyme was studied by spectrofotometric assay. The data of experimental group was compared with those of control rats. There were no statisticallyt differences between experimental group and control group in terms of enzymes in liver and kidney (p>0.05). There were significant differences in experimental group compared to control rats in spleen TP (u=32;p0.05). |
