Popis: | DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.18511/0103-1716/rbcm.v23n4p150-158 The post-exercise hypotension has extensively amply investigated with combined exercise (aerobic + resistance), however, is still unknown its response in different periods of the day. Objective: To determine the effect of a combined exercise session performed at different times of the day on the blood pressure response after exercise. The indirect test of aerobic fitness and 12RM were evaluated in 9 healthy men (22±3.7 year old, 176±5 cm stature, 6.8±2.1% body fat). Four experimental sessions (two morning and two afternoon): resistance+aerobic and control; resistance exercises (3 sets at 90% of 12RM, 6 exercises) and aerobic (90% of the lactate minimum velocity, 15 minutes). The workout in the morning presented a hypotensive effect in SBP (mean recovery 1h) (109.5±6.9mmHg) compared to control morning session (117.4±5.6mmHg) (p=0.001). Both sessions combined exercise were interesting exercise to promote HPE, but it was not evident difference between the exercise sessions. |
