Pesquisa do Estado do Amazonas The brazilian schools were being challenged to reorganizate themselves in favor of the ampliation of the access and the democratization of the teaching favoring the inclusion. With this the Physical Education teachers annually receive students with ou without disabilities in the same class. The positive performance of the teacher in the inclusive process depends on factors that involve his belief, formation and attitude. In this way the present research has as objective, to know the attitudes of the Physical Education teachers of the final of the elementary school of the Manaus municipal network of education in relation to the inclusion of students with disabilities. The methodology utilized is characterized as a descriptive research with a qualitative-quantitative approach. For its development, the investigation was in the municipal scope, having as their main actors 102 teachers of Physical Education of the final years of elementary school of the municipal secretary of education (SEMED) that has or not students with disabilities in their classes. In the gathering of this material, was utilized a quiz, denominated PEATID III, adapted from the original, in order to collect information in relation to the attitudes of the teachers. The instrument is constituted by two sections, the first is constituted for a total of twelve declarations in which the participants has expressed their levels of according or disaccording in relation of four conditions of disabilities: physical, visual, hearing, and intellectual. The second section of the PEATID-III consists of twelve types of selection or open questions. The aim of the sections was to obtain demographic data about the subjects. A descriptive statistic was used for the analysis of the results, using the median as a measure of central tendency, frequency tables and percentage values. The data indicate that in a general form the teachers are favorable about the inclusion of people with disability. This chart changes a little when we verify the attitudes according the type of disabilities. The intellectual and visual were the ones that showed a minor median. Also indicate that the majority of the teachers affirmed to be necessary more academic preparation to teach students with disability. However, this reality is somewhat contradictory, considering that one of the problems of our research was precisely the non-participation of teachers in continuing education courses. It's expected that this research contributes to the scientific knowledge around the theme, enabling and assisting in future researches of even in future intervention proposals, favoring the inclusive process. A atua????o positiva do professor no processo inclusivo depende de fatores que envolvem sua cres??a, forma????o e atitude. Nesse sentido, a presente pesquisa teve por objetivo conhecer as atitudes dos professores de Educa????o F??sica dos anos finais do ensino fundamental da Rede Municipal de Educa????o de Manaus em rela????o ?? inclus??o de alunos com defici??ncia. A metodologia utilizada caracterizou-se como pesquisa descritiva com uma abordagem quali-quantitativa. Para o seu desenvolvimento, a investiga????o se deu no ??mbito municipal, tendo como principais atores 102 professores de Educa????o F??sica dos anos finais do ensino fundamental da Secretaria Municipal de Educa????o ??? SEMED, que possu??am ou n??o alunos com defici??ncia em suas aulas. Na coleta desse material foi utilizado um question??rio, denominado PEATID III, adaptado do original, a fim de levantar informa????es em rela????o as atitudes dos professores. O instrumento ?? constitu??do por duas se????es, a primeira por um total de doze declara????es em que os participantes t??m de exprimir os seus n??veis de acordo ou desacordo em rela????o a quatro condi????es de defici??ncia: f??sica, visual, auditiva e intelectual. A segunda se????o do question??rio consiste em quinze tipos de sele????o ou perguntas abertas. Esses itens t??m a finalidade de obter informa????es demogr??ficas sobre os sujeitos. A an??lise dos resultados foi realizada por meio da estat??stica descritiva, utilizando-se da mediana como medida de tend??ncia central, tabelas de frequ??ncia e respectivos valores percentuais. Os dados indicam que de forma geral os professores apresentam atitudes favor??veis ?? inclus??o de alunos com defici??ncia nas aulas de Educa????o F??sica. Esse quadro muda um pouco quando verificamos as atitudes por tipo de defici??ncia, sendo a defici??ncia intelectual e visual vistas com as menores medianas, o que representa professores neutros em rela????o ?? inclus??o de alunos com essas defici??ncias. Os resultados nos indicam tamb??m que a maioria dos professores afirmaram ser necess??rio mais prepara????o acad??mica para ensinar alunos com defici??ncia. No entanto, essa realidade ?? um tanto contradit??ria, tendo em vista que uma das problem??ticas da nossa pesquisa foi justamente a n??o participa????o dos professores nos cursos de forma????o continuada. Esperamos que esta pesquisa contribua para o conhecimento cient??fico acerca do tema no contexto amaz??nico, possibilitando e auxiliando em futuras pesquisas ou at?? mesmo em futuras propostas de interven????o, favorecendo o processo inclusivo.
