O referencial te?rico aborda a quest?o das Pol?ticas P?blicas e da Forma??o dos Profissionais da Educa??o a partir dos seguintes temas: a) Hist?ria da forma??o de professores no Brasil; b) Forma??o inicial e continuada de professores no Brasil; c) Modelos de forma??o de professores: d) Gest?o democr?tica no Brasil; e) Forma??o de gestores pedag?gicos; f) Hist?rico da Extens?o Universit?ria no Brasil e na UFVJM. A metodologia concentrou-se na pesquisa documental, no levantamento de a??es de extens?o registradas na Pr?-Reitoria de Extens?o ? PROEXC/UFVJM durante o per?odo que analisamos. A abordagem qualitativa destes documentos foi realizada em tr?s momentos: sele??o dos documentos, acesso e a an?lise. Ap?s a an?lise dos registros de a??es na PROEXC, optou-se por pesquisar todas as a??es de extens?o para forma??o continuada dos profissionais da educa??o b?sica, considerando a contribui??o que esta pesquisa trar? para a Institui??o objeto de estudo. A partir de tal processo, chegou-se a duas categorias de an?lise e ? defini??o dos eixos tem?ticos norteadores da discuss?o. A primeira aborda a institucionaliza??o da extens?o como um caminho para a forma??o continuada dos profissionais da educa??o em territ?rio brasileiro e na UFVJM. A segunda aponta poss?veis rela??es entre as pol?ticas p?blicas nacionais e estaduais para a forma??o continuada e as atividades extensionistas da UFVJM. O estudo demonstrou que a forma??o continuada dos Profissionais da Educa??o B?sica foi contemplada nas a??es de Extens?o Universit?ria da UFVJM no per?odo de 2013 a 2016. Evidenciou-se, tamb?m, que as tem?ticas tratadas nas referidas a??es desvelam, entre outras quest?es, uma aparente rela??o e/ou intera??o com as pol?ticas p?blicas nacionais e estaduais vigentes, especialmente no que diz respeito ? interdisciplinaridade, que abre a possibilidade de di?logo da educa??o com as diferentes ?reas do conhecimento, atendendo assim ?s Diretrizes da Extens?o da UFVJM e possibilitando um di?logo multi, inter e transdisciplinar com a comunidade acad?mica. This research has the general objective of mapping extension actions developed by UFVJM for the continuing education of primary education professional, from 2013 to 2016, seeking to verify if these actions have served the action field of UFVJM. The theoretical framework addresses the issue of Public Policies and teacher education from the following themes: a) History of teacher education in Brazil; b) Initial and continuing teacher education in Brazil; c) Teacher training models; d) Democratic management in Brazil; e) Pedagogic managers education; f) History of university extension in Brazil and at UFVJM. We focused the methodology on documentary research, in the survey of extension actions registered in Pro-Rectory of Extension - PROEXC / UFVJM, during the period analyzed. The qualitative approach of these documents was carried out in three moments: document selection, access and analysis. After analyzing the records of extension actions in PROEXC, we decided to research all extension actions related to continued education of teachers, considering the contribution that this research will bring to the Institution under study. From this process, two categories of analysis and the definition of the thematic axes of the discussion were reached. The first deals with the legalization of extension as a path for the continued education of teachers in Brazil and at UFVJM. The second one points out possible relations between national and state public policies for continued education and UFVJM extension activities. This study demonstrated that the continued education of basic teachers was contemplated in the UFVJM extension actions from 2013 to 2016. It was also pointed out that the topics covered by these actions reveals, among other issues, an apparent relationship and/or interaction with current national and state public policies, especially with regard to interdisciplinarity, which opens the possibility of dialogue between the fields of education and other areas of knowledge, therefore meeting the guidelines of UFVJM?s Extension and enabling a multi, inter and transdisciplinary dialogue with the academic community. |
