The objective of this research was to compare the results of root coverage of surgical techniques for root coverage of Tunnel and Coronary Positioned Flap (RPC), both associated with Subepithelial Connective Tissue Graft (ETCS), in patients with Cairo RT2 gingival recession. Forty-one Cairo RT2 recessions were selected, in 18 patients, divided into 2 groups to undergo root coverage surgery.
