Considered an organization, which stimulates the participation of its workers through its principles and culture, the study intends to identify if these principles are indeed applicable, in the daily life of both the organization and the subjects included in it. The study contains a state-of-the-art explanation of participation in organizational studies, through which it establishes its rationale. It is understood that participation is an increasingly common mechanism in the form of management of current bureaucratic organizations, in this sense, its main objective is to approach the concept of participation, highlighting its construction and the way it is disseminated by every company, by means of a discourse. Este estudo tem como objetivo descrever, explicar e gerar conhecimento sobre a forma com que o discurso de participa??o ? difundido, e como ele ocorre, no contexto de uma organiza??o atuante no Brasil, no ramo de bebidas. Considerada uma organiza??o, que estimula a participa??o de seus trabalhadores, por meio de seus princ?pios e cultura, o estudo pretende identificar se esses princ?pios s?o de fato aplic?veis, no cotidiano tanto da organiza??o, quanto dos sujeitos compreendidos nela. O estudo cont?m uma explica??o referente ao estado-da-arte sobre participa??o presente nos estudos organizacionais, por meio da qual se estabelece sua fundamenta??o. Entende-se que a participa??o, ? um mecanismo cada vez mais comum na forma de gest?o das organiza??es burocr?ticas atuais, neste sentido, tem como objetivo principal, abordar o conceito de participa??o, ressaltando sua constru??o e a forma com que ? difundida por toda empresa, por meio de um discurso. |
