Special Education from the perspective of the Digital Humanities: what do the Capes and IBICT databases say about the congenital Zika virus syndrome?

HDs have been operating today in the production of knowledge, as well as political, ideological and, above all, intellectual resignification in terms of scientific production and dissemination using digital technology methodologies. It is a relatively new interdisciplinary area, little studied in our country. In this sense, this research is relevant and justified by addressing Special Education from the perspective of Digital Humanities. It is a qualitative research, of a bibliographic type. This investigation is linked to the research project "Research and intersectoral actions between education and health in promoting schooling and the development of children with congenital Zika virus syndrome in the Baixada Fluminense" funded by the Research Support Foundation of the State of Rio de Janeiro ( FAPERJ). For data analysis we used the analysis by Bardin (2011) through the categorization process and with the application of the ATLAS ti software. The data, among other aspects, show that the majority (52.17%) of the surveys were carried out in the southeastern region of the country at universities and public research institutions. They also showed that most of them are from the area, but that they also had studies in other fields, such as social assistance, but only one focuses on more specific aspects of the educational area. It was also clear the importance of digital and computational tools for carrying out the analyzed studies, as well as free access to databases on the subject. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar como os bancos de dados da Capes e do Ibict abordam a quest?o da s?ndrome cong?nita do zika v?rus (SCZV) e sua dissemina??o considerando as Humanidades Digitais (HDs). As HDs t?m operado nos dias atuais na produ??o do conhecimento, bem como a ressignifica??o pol?tica, ideol?gica e, sobretudo, intelectual no que se refere ? produ??o e dissemina??o cient?fica com uso de metodologias das tecnologias digitais. ? uma ?rea interdisciplinar relativamente nova, pouco estudada em nosso meio. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa ? relevante e justifica-se por abordar a Educa??o Especial na perspectiva das Humanidades Digitais. ? uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, do tipo bibliogr?fica. Essa investiga??o se articula ao projeto de pesquisa "Pesquisas e a??es intersetoriais entre educa??o e sa?de na promo??o da escolariza??o e do desenvolvimento de crian?as com s?ndrome cong?nita do zika v?rus na Baixada Fluminense" financiado pela Funda??o de Amparo ? Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ). Para an?lise dos dados utilizamos a an?lise de Bardin (2011) por meio do processo de categoriza??o e com a aplica??o do software ATLAS ti. Os dados, entre outros aspectos, evidenciam que a maioria (52,17%) das pesquisas foram realizadas na regi?o sudeste do pa?s em universidades e institui??es de pesquisa p?blicas. Igualmente, mostraram que em sua maioria, s?o da ?rea, mas que tamb?m teve estudos em outros campos como na assist?ncia social, mas apenas um foca em aspectos mais espec?ficos da ?rea educacional. Tamb?m ficou claro a import?ncia das ferramentas digitais e computacionais para a realiza??o dos estudos analisados, assim como o acesso livre das bases de dados sobre o tema.
